Men’s pouch underwear that survives gym + running + hiking?
I tried the Elite 2s, but ended up going with the Apex IIIs. They've been great, and I prefer the fit and lighter fabric of the pouch in those. But either way, OP, I can recommend All Citizens' offerings for pouched underwear :)

Men’s boxer briefs. US made preferred.
I know this is a really old post, but I’m really interested in these. I just need to find a pic of the inside where the pouch is. Why do they make their Zero G pouch such a huge selling point but they don’t show it anywhere? I can’t even find a pic online or anywhere on Reddit. Which is weird b/c Reddit usually has everything. I have Shinesty, mostly comfy but a horrible pouch and not great waistband. I also have All Citizens, awesome pouch, fantastic waistband, just not 100% on their two fabric options. One seems too cotton like and the “air” version seems too women’s nylons-esque. The leg cuff can get annoying too, especially for seeing the indent they make through pants.
