[this one](https://deo9gr5ha90bn.cloudfront.net/?q=GMKAO1837) from amazon basics is good, fits what you're looking for okay wow so i found out abt ashwaganda and after some research on it, it looks more confusing than it actually is. i did find that as long as it is usda certified and 100% root, it's good. idk any specific brands, and the pricing is really here and there but [this one](https://deo9gr5ha90bn.cloudfront.net/?q=GMKAO1838) is pretty good

My Amazon Basics Backpack is my emotional support item, not only for carrying all the emotional baggage, but even just to vent and this loyal fellowship stood the test of time, through Brexit, the invasion of Ukraine, Covid, and a near decade of a pug and a half now. And yes, for me its: backpack, glasses, keys, wallet and then maybe and only maybe, do i remember to put pants on.

What is your current BIFL item you recommend to everyone?
Victorinox Multi tool. Pilot Metropolitan fountain pen. Uni ball Kuru Toga Mechanical pencil. The pen and pencil both have decent built quality and they both are re-fillable thus increasing their life. Cast iron cookware - even the Amazon Basics ones are quite good. Casio wrist watches.

Unfortunately I feel that most home fans these days are limited life span items. That being said, I bought an Amazon basics tower fan 3 years ago that gets daily use and it has held up well. I also bought a Vornado tower fan for more than twice the price and it hasn’t faired as well.

Apple/lightning phone chargers?
Yeah I've heard that something like this would help. Usually I go with braided but I've found some utility for PVCs depending on the situation. I usually stick with Anker or Monoprice cables but have recently begun trying Amazon basics, Spigen and Belkin cables to test out their durability. The amazon basics cables are so cheap and have decent durability overall while I am very impressed with the Spigen and Belkin cables.
