  I don't know of it ticks all the boxes but I love arm and hammer. I just used to use girl deodorant before because it always worked better and the smells weren't as strong.

  If you truly want antiperspirant, I dont think you can go aluminum-free. Given how I sweat, and having lived in the heat and humidity in the U.S. Southeast, I had to find one that worked for me--actually stopped sweat, wasn't too pasty or gooey, and didn't have a very strong scent. I've tried a bunch of ones available in drugstores, supermarkets, etc. The best I found, and have used for over a decade (even though it's been a bit hard to find sometimes) is Arm & Hammer Advance Gel Antiperspirant (Fresh scent). It absorbs/dries quite quickly, and I don't usually have to reapply over a day. It's also comparatively affordable. I know the brand also comes in a solid stick, deodorant (scented), antiperspirant deodorant (scented), and antiperspirant (unscented).

  i actually get my deodorant from a local mom who makes tallow products. it works so much better than any store-bought or homemade deodorant, natural or not. mostly it's made of (purified) tallow, coconut oil, activated charcoal, and the mineral that's in a lot of natural deodorants, (can't remember which but it's not aluminum (zinc oxide maybe)), plus probably some essential oils for scent. i alternate between this tallow deodorant, and arm&hammer no aluminum deodorant, but the a&h has to be applied throughout the day, whereas when i use the tallow, i only apply it once and am good for the day. best advice honestly is just try different stuff until you find what works. maybe try making your own antiperspirant paste (but have a backup store-bought just in case). good luck and godspeed haha

  I use the Arm n’ Hammer naturals (charcoal infused version). Black stick. Aluminum free. Haven’t personally found a true antiperspirant that’s aluminum free (yet). I don’t mind sweating if it doesn’t smell. It’s the smelly kind of sweat that I don’t like. So I ditched all my synthetic fabrics. Only wear cotton/wool.

  If it helps to assuage your worries, even the American Cancer society has debunked aluminum being bad for antiperspirants. https://www.cancer.org/cancer/risk-prevention/chemicals/antiperspirants-and-breast-cancer-risk.html That being said some people still avoid it due to sensitivities. As a guy with sensitive skin but also stinky pits, I’ve found just changing brands (I cannot use old spice, it literally burns) has fixed most issues and kept me from smelling like a boy’s locker room. I sometimes have to rotate brands but arm and hammer, Mitchum, even Dove all work well even in the humid summers of Central U.S.

  Arm & Hammer makes a simple unscented one without aluminum. I use either that or just... nothing. I don't give much of a shit anymore. Just shower twice a day.

  if u cant go to the dentist to have them whiten, you can swish a couple times weekly with 1:1 hydrogen peroxide and water. hydrogen peroxide is the active ingredient in many at home whitening kits. the arm and hammer toothpaste is also the best for whitening (so says my dentist). i’ve heard you can also mix a but of baking soda directly into ur usual tooth paste, but this creates a grainy texture that can wear on ur enamel

  Just like with mobile phones, replaceable batteries in higher-end electric toothbrushes are pretty much a thing of the past. Most of the ones dentists recommend now come with built-in lithium-ion batteries that can’t be replaced. If having replaceable batteries is non-negotiable, the Philips One is probably your best option. It’s lightweight, easy to travel with, and uses sonic technology. A&H Spinbrush is also good, it’s more affordable but very basic and entry-level. Now, if you’re willing to consider rechargeable options, Oral-B, Philips, and Aquasonic have some good ones.
