Most of my workout bottoms are Old Navy and they hold up really well to regular use. Most of my tops are Athleta, pricier, but they have some great sales.

Girlfriend collective, athleta, vuori are all more environmentally conscious versions of lululemon but they all still have a lot of hype sound them. I buy a lot of my pieces second hand for that reason.

Casual Women’s Clothing for 33 year Old
I’m a similar size as your wife and some seasons really dig White House Black Market. Not every season or year, but I like their quality and fit on me when the style lines up with what I like. I’ve had some of their clothes for 10-15 years and they still look good. When I do more casual I go for Athleta.

I love Athleta but I’ve had two pairs of leggings pill in the thighs in my life, and this style was one of them. I’d still recommend the brand, just not this style.

I love Athleta pants! They last forever, even though I purchased most of mine from Poshmark or pulled them out of the Goodwill bins. Their size range is great and I also like that they’re a certified b corp. If you aren’t into Athleta, Girlfriend Collective also makes super durable leggings and has a great wide size range ❤️

i am a huge fan of athleta. their clothes are durable, attractive and functional, and they make them in a good range of sizes, though not every style/color is offered in extended sizes. and although the gap owns them, athleta is a [b corp](https://www.bcorporation.net/en-us/certification/) which means they've met third party certification for having met standards of environmental and social performance. i don't know offhand of any other activewear companies that can make that same claim.

I came here to also recommend Athleta. The only pieces from them I've worn out are the tennis skirts. I just stitch them up and they are fine. Most of my pairs are 5+ years old and look new.

How to identify good quality clothing (so you don’t waste your $$$)
This! I wash all my Athleta leggings in lingerie bags in cold water and hang dry, and even the ones I wear weekly and bought 4 years ago are basically like new. Not even a loose stitch. They're a BIFL brand for me.

Good quality yoga pants
For something durable and comfortable, I’d recommend looking into brands like **Lululemon**, **Athleta**, or **Girlfriend Collective**. They offer great options with longer inseams that should work well for tall folks. **Lululemon's Align leggings** are super popular and buttery soft, but a bit on the pricey side (definitely worth it if you're doing a lot of yoga). If you’re looking for something more budget-friendly, **Old Navy’s PowerSoft** leggings are amazing for the price, and they have some good tall options too. Another thing to consider is the fabric. Look for something with a bit of spandex or elastane for stretch, and make sure they have a good waistband (I personally hate when they keep rolling down during practice). Anyone know of work pants for curvy people that won't rip at the inner thigh?
For women, I really like Athleta's Endless pant. They dress up or down, I wear them for work, golf, out and about and they look brand new after a year and at least 20 machine washes. They come in a lot of sizes and have a ton of stretch.
