Price aside; which is the Best Buy?
We got the 7.5' Vermont White Spruce. All the options we looked at had a realism to them, but the White Spruce felt the most full and screamed "Christmas Tree" to me more than the other options. If you happen to be anywhere near a Nordstrom, Balsam Hill typically has a little floor section with a few different trees that you can see in person. You can also buy them there if you fall in love with one, though ordering online was an easy process, as well.

Price aside; which is the Best Buy?
I know it's not one of the options you presented, but we splurged and bought a Balsam Hill a few years back and I highly recommend. It barely needs any fluffing after year one, connects and plugs in with almost no effort (we bought the pre-lit), and looks better than any other artificial tree we've seen (we spent two separate Christmas seasons looking at trees before we decided to up the budget). Everything else just looks "cheap" in comparison.

What’s the most realistic artificial Christmas tree that’ll last for years?
For the longest time I would have said Balsam Hill but Costco has pretty much the same quality trees for a fraction of the price.
