  Experience with Camber Hoodies and Sweatshirts?

  Not to dog up an old thread, but I've had the "chill-buster by camber II" hoodie given to me by job for almost 20 years. It has the wear to show for it, but it REMAINS by far and away the BEST hoodie I have ever owned. I'm planning to get another one at last out of pocket (and without my company logo, heh), but just in case anyone is wondering, the product is legit good stuff.

  If you run hot, loopback fleece is the cooler option right from the start... it breathes better even if it feels a bit rough straight out of the bag. Most of the trouble with hoodies comes from the fleece pilling and the whole thing sagging after a year, so going for a proper heavyweight cotton fleece in the 12-14 oz range makes a real difference. Cover stitched seams help keep everything aligned, while overlock seams can twist and give out at the shoulders. Ring spun long staple cotton keeps the surface cleaner without shedding fuzz everywhere. A shorter body usually comes from a rib waistband that actually grips instead of going slack, and dense ribbing in the 500-700 gsm range is the usual sign. Reigning Champ midweight or Camber 12 oz fit your budget and hit these points although you might find yourself wishing the colour choices were a bit broader and that sentence just keeps going without a pause at all Elastane can still cook you and it gives up elastisity long before the cotton does.

  Ignore every other comment and get a Camber Arctic zip. The hoods are a little small, and they don't come pre-shrunk so do your research on sizing, but they really do feel bulletproof and are absolutely unbeatable for the price. Still MiUSA, though if a UK retailer doesn't have them in stock you may have to wait some weeks.

  I don’t know if it’s still relevant or not but in my experience that one runs rather short both sleeves and overall. So unless you’re able to ask for an actual garment measurements you’d be better ordering both to not end up with comically short one above your waist.

  Am now searching the web to try to replace a 25 year old heavily used CAMBER hoodie that my man will not part with😂. No data left on the faded label other than RN 81210 (I Think…). He usually wears XL Tall mens tops. Just responding because this family can confirm that this product is a “buyitforlife” item. I believe that it may be an “Artic Hoodie” but am waiting on a response from All USA Clothing.
