You can also get replaceable silicon covers for it if it gets too dirty or something

  Personal cooling device or wearable that fits under clothes

  Not sure if this tick all your boxes, but in terms of long lasting, this [waist fan i got last year](https://capycool.com.au/products/10000mah-3-in-1-waist-fan-belt-clip) is bonkers in terms of battery life, it has a claimed 10,000mAH battery, not sure how true, but from my actual testing, it lasted over 20 hours of continued use on med settings (over a 3 day period)

  Personal cooling gadgets that actually work and last (almost) for life?

  Swear by this [waist fan](https://capycool.com.au/products/10000mah-3-in-1-waist-fan-belt-clip) here, picked it up a year ago and it hasn't skipped a beat. Tried alot of crap from aliexpress temu and amazon, but most of these crapped out after a few days to a few weeks.
