I need new induction cookware I won’t have to throw away in two years.
All nonstick breaks down within a few years. There are some tutorials on YouTube on learning heat control to make stainless steel like nonstick. Carbon steel pans, cast iron, woks- same thing, just technique and maintenance. High end cookware is sometimes just brand name and not long lasting either. Don't get fooled by trendy brands. Trends fade. With that, I have a nonstick pan by Carote that I baby for eggs only. The last one by them lasted 3 years until my family put it in the sink with a knife and damaged it.

So is there really no non-stick pan that is safe to use as long as it isn’t chipped?
I’ve been using a Carote ceramic pan for a few years now and really like it. You don’t need to worry if it gets a little scratched. Definitely recommend if you’re trying to avoid Teflon and want something relatively cheap

Looking for good quality kitchen utensils
I recently purchased an all silicone pack of Carote multi colored kitchen utensils that are perfect! The utensils are great quality that you can feel just by the weight alone. The colors of the different utensils are soft and beautiful giving the pack a custom hand picked feel. The reason I chose the Carote brand is because I have a cookware set for a few years that has been incredible as well.
