What brand of miniature guns offers durability?
You could try buying a black powder revolver. Assuming you are in the US, they aren’t regulated like guns that fire cartridges and you can buy them online (I think, I never actually bought one but looked into a Walker Colt as a conversation piece). You can take them apart and reassemble them and as long as you don’t have any black powder they won’t go boom. There are reproductions of various ones. The 1861 Colt Navy and the comically sized Walker Colt (which was shrank into the Dragoons) are my favorites. Eventually if you get interested you can find a range that allows black powder and learn to shoot them. It’s fun but clean up is a pain. They will rot if you don’t clean thoroughly bc black powder is nasty stuff. Idk if they have a non corrosive version now.

What is the longest lasting item you've bought?
I had a Gameboy Advance that I was not gentle with as a child.. It is beaten all to hell.. Recently found it in a junk drawer at my parents house with Pokemon Gold still in there.. I haven't touched it in probably 20 years.. Batteries still had charge, it turned on and still had my save game from when I was a kid. Also have a Colt 1903 that was made in 1916... Looks like it just came out of the factory.. Absolutely mint and mechanically new even though it's over 100 years old.
