What’s a BIFL thing you bought and now swear by?
Concept 2 rowing machine. There’s a reason that r/rowing has a pinned post about “erg shaped objects” that effectively boils down to *just get a Concept 2*. It’s basically invincible, has a huge community, and feels better than any other option that is in the home user’s budget.

HomeGym BIFL Cardio Machines
Concept 2 is the very definition of bifl. There are towers with millions and millions of meters on them. I bought mine used from a small gym that was closing and you can't even tell. And imo towing is the ultimate in cardio. Works more muscles therefore more calories. Low impact and fairly simple to learn proper form.

what are your BIFL ADHD products that make life easier?
Rowing machine (Concept 2 so it's BIFL). Exercise calms me down and having it available at my home helps with consistency. My sleep has improved dramatically.
