Back sleeper here. The Cushion Lab Cervical pillow has really helped my neck. Big fan of their chair cushions too. Crazy that I’m either in a chair or bed for most of my life

I second Cushion Lab as someone with neck issues (have had a cervical fusion). I have used this [Cushion Lab Neck Relief Ergonomic Cervical pillow](https://thecushionlab.com/collections/sleeping-comfort/products/cushion-lab-ergonomic-cervical-pillow) for 1.5 years. I hate sleeping with any other pillows. I sleep hot. Before this pillow, I was constantly flipping my pillow during the night. Have not done that once. With neck pain, also check posture and do back strengthening exercises.

I love the cushion lab pillow. It’s firm enough for side and back sleeping (i switch back to side). I have a smaller pillow that i hug when on my side position
