What is the best portable indoor heater?
Impressive info, thanks for breaking it down like that. I’m actually looking for an oil-filled radiator for one of my rentals. For personal use I’ve been using a [DeLonghi](https://theceilingfans.info/best-oil-filled-space-heater/) one and it’s been solid..... zero complaints so far. Still kinda curious to test a few other brands though… maybe something out there performs even better than the one I’m using now!!

Looking for a coffee machine that lasts forever
I have one of these and can vouch for longevity, whilst I have had less coffee - I make a lot of other hot drinks with it and is a useful kettle, I've owned a similar amount of time. It's also gone through 5 moves in this time and I live in hard water areas. I have replaced the grinder once - my fault, I got curious, took it apart, when reassembling I didn't sync the gears up correctly and one sheared off. One replacement hot water/ steam switch - it was progressively getting stiffer and I was worried it would snap. Replacement parts have been very easy to locate, cheap and quick delivery. I didn't feel initially confident in the machine, thinking it would only last a few years, at this point it has outlasted many of my friend's machines - all have since bought delonghi.

My ex was a big coffee snob and had a Delonghi Magnifica. Worked great the entire decade we were together with regular cleaning/maintenance (and is probably still going strong).

I've had my DeLonghi Espresso maker since 2014. My partner and I make 2-3 coffees (double espresso shots with hot water or ice) each a day. We have taken it with us on road trip vacations.

DeLonghi Dedica. It's compact, cheap, looks good. You'd think it's disposable for that price, but it's actually extremely reliable, because it's simple. And if something eventually breaks, you can fix it easily yourself.

Looking for a top of the line portable AC unit.
The Delonghi models around that price point all do the job very well—they are selling a model that cools, heats, and dehumidifies at Costco. Good portable ACs are very loud and take up a massive amount of space, think about where you’ll store it in the off season. Not just the machine itself but also the pipes, and window fixtures. They also suck down the power but over a summer usage in Australia with expensive power using it as much as I wanted, it was still cheaper than my winter heating bill. I had a $1200 AUD Delonghi model and an Olympia, and the Delonghi was vastly more powerful—did a decent job in a massive 800 square foot room in Australian summer, and another one in the bedroom got things positively frosty. VERY noisy though.
