I'd recommend dragon shield sleeves, but any sleeves that are lightly textured are what you want. Without texture it's harder to shuffle. Also, don't bridge anymore, bridging is a card AND sleeve killer.

You could get card sleeves like what TCG enthusiasts use. Reputable brands are Dragon Shield and Ultra Pro. There are also hard plastic card sleeves, but those are less fun to play with.
