I cannot find good pillows
You’re definitely not alone. Buying pillows can be surprisingly tricky, especially when they feel amazing in the store and then go flat and uncomfortable within weeks. If you’re looking for something that’s soft but still supportive and lasts much longer than a year, I really recommend trying a natural latex pillow. Natural latex has incredible resilience, so it keeps its shape for years instead of collapsing like many other pillows. It feels cushy and comfortable on the surface, but it still provides consistent support for your head and neck throughout the night. Unlike memory foam, it doesn’t have that sinking or stuck feeling, and it’s naturally breathable, which helps with temperature regulation as well. I’ve been using latex pillows for several years now for my whole family. The adults use king-size latex pillows, while the kids use contour and standard sizes with a lower profile, and everyone is genuinely happy. Switching to latex was honestly a life-changing experience for us in terms of sleep quality and comfort. My current favorite brand is the DREAMUS natural latex pillow. I also love that it comes with a bag that allows you to roll the pillow up and take it with you when you travel, which is such a thoughtful bonus.

Request - pillow advice
I recommend the DREAMUS natural latex pillow. If you’re slim, go for the Soft option (that’s what I use), or choose Medium or Firm if you’re a bigger person. I love that it’s both soft and supportive, and so breathable that it feels cool and keeps me comfortable all night. I’ve had mine for quite some time, and it still looks and feels like new. Plus, it comes with a natural cotton pillowcase that’s breathable and moisture-wicking—something I consider very important. I hope this helps you find your perfect pillow!

Best Cooling Pillow for Side Sleepers? Apparently I enjoy waking up sweaty and with neck pain
Totally agree on latex pillows! But make sure that they are 1). talalay (not dunlop) latex. {Thats a production process that makes them breathable, soft & supportive not stone like as dunlop} 2). natural latex, not synthetic or a blend. my pick is DREAMUS natural latex medium soft pillow. its expensive but I use it for quite a while and its still the same as it was the day I bought it.

I hate this pillow / Best Cooling Pillow
the secret is that it is cooling not because of some gel infused, but because of its structure. the production of latex foam is actually a process of aeration of latex! so its all bubbly and full of air. thats how it stays cool over night - it breaths! choose talalay latex, not dunlop and whole latex pillow, not shredded! for shredded the structure is totally different! my choice is DREAMUS pillow. its really pricey but for me it was a one per years purchase as i know they last really long so i made my choice. though there are many more affordable options of course
