Engo Patches are the very best for this, and they relieve any heel chafing too. They are pretty expensive though and another nice option are the The Tenacious Tape hex shaped patches. Both of these have curved corners that stay put better. I recommend using a bit of heat gun or hair dryer to warm the glue and it will adhere better. Take the insole out while you are putting the patch on so it goes below it a bit and then pop em back in.
