Why do charging cables die so easily?
I have a Baseus Qi car charger in one of our cars that doesn't support Apple Carplay, a Choetech magsafe stand/charger on my night stand, we also have the new ESR Qi2.2 3in1 charger with active cooling.

> I’ve accepted that cables are just a consumable for some of us. Oh my god, yes. When I accepted this, I stopped babysitting cables. OP, just switch to wireless charging. My first one lasted over a year, and when the same brand released a faster version, I grabbed two, one for home, one foldable for travel and work. FYI, I’m using ESR. Never heard of this brand before, but it’s worked well for me. (Just me, feel free to pick a fancier or expensive brand if you want. Honestly, I fully expect both of these to last at least two years, probably more. It’s actually cheaper in the long run and way less wasteful imo. I’m no longer constantly throwing away dead plastic cables.

What’s a good phone holder for round vents?
I use an ESR MagSafe kickstand, and just stick the kickstand part directly into the vent. I also always keep the fan on “windshield and feet” so I don’t cook my phone.

Any affordable and durable AirTag wallets you’d recommend? Not really into paying Apple prices.
Don’t buy Apple’s MagSafe wallet, it's overpriced and it always slips off the phone. I’m using the ESR wallet right now (around $30) and it’s been great. I've tried bunch of airtag wallet, it has the strongest magnetic, never fallen off once, and it even doubles as a phone stand. If you ever pick up your phone and notice it feels thinner, you instantly realize you forgot your wallet, which honestly helps me remember to bring it before leaving. And the find my works well, I’ve found it in some really weird places around my house. I've been using it for like 2 years, so for around $30, I’d say it’s a pretty solid investment.

Didn't have an iPhone but as far as cases go, speck(?) spigen and uag have served me well. I currently have some random brand I found online called esr I think and it's great bc it's got a kickstand that's strong enough to hold up my phone horizontally AND vertically.
