My biggest pet peeve? Pens that die mid-sentence. Drives me nuts. But I finally found one that doesn’t quit—the Fisher Space Pen. Originally designed in 1948 for astronauts, it writes without gravity, underwater, over grease, and across a crazy range of temperatures. Basically, it laughs in the face of adversity. It’s a ballpoint, but way more fun than it sounds—lays down thick, smooth lines and never chokes. Oh, and it’s refillable too. I’ve got 2 of them! https://www.spacepen.com

Where Does "Buy It for Life" Not Make Sense?
I managed to keep the same pilot, refillable pen throughout college, but I'm also the type of person who never lost a guitar pick playing a gig. I've had the same Parker jotter, Fisher bullet and cap o matic space pens and no name TI Bolt action pen for years now as well. Assuming that is because I always either have them on my person or in my bag and I never let anyone borrow them.
