Flatware recommendations
After extensive research and multiple sets purchased and returned, I recently settled on the Fortessa Grand City flatware. It’s 18/10 and has a nice heft. Bonus, at the moment you can buy it online from Costco way below retail. My only criticism is that the spoon handles are on the short side.

Important Kitchen Essentials?
I have the Fortessa Royal Pacific 18/10 serving spoon with a bamboo style, I don't have an objective stat that makes it worth more than $15.50 but that's not much of a price holding it and seeing it.

Is there an Silverware equivalent to Corelle
I have Fortessa brand flatware, specifically the Grand City pattern. It's great quality and it's a timeless pattern I expect to be around for a while. I bought from a place called Silver Superstore because they had great prices and service. The set normally comes with comically small teaspoons and they swapped them out easily for me.
