Reasonably priced natural fiber clothing
Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Jockey. All the Walmart classics have 100% cotton clothing. Found some decent stuff at Target and Old Navy too!

Updated list of BIFL men underwear in Amazon
For cotton options, I like Fruit of the Loom and Hanes Premium (the thicker cotton ones). They’re basic but durable and usually available up to XL on Amazon. I also stumbled on Real Men modal boxer briefs recently. The modal fabric feels way softer than cotton and holds its shape better over time. If your boyfriend likes a snug but not tight fit, they might be worth a try alongside the cotton ones.

undershirts for long torsos
If you want 100% cotton V neck undershirts that actually stay tucked on your frame, check out Hanes comfortsoft, Fruit of the Loom, or Goodthreads’ long-length cuts on Amazon. All are longer than standard nauticas and solve the constant untucking issue, just make sure whatever you buy is specifically labeled “tall” or “long body,” because that’s the real game changer for long torsos.

In the US, if you can find some 20th century estate sale Hanes or Fruit of the Loom in good shape, get them!

Men’s underwear that actually lasts does it exist?
Buy plenty of underwear, don't have enough just to make it through the week have enough to make it through the month. Mostly I stick with fruit of the loom boxer briefs. You can find them on sale once or twice a year. As a truck driver I had 40 pair and I bought one of those on sale nine packs once a year. Because of how I had everything purchased out I lose about five pair or so a year just from wear and tear so I'm slowly building but always throwing out. Something that you wear that close to certain parts of your body is never going to last forever

Men’s underwear that actually lasts does it exist?
I have a good amount of underwear actually and they're nothing fancy. Just hanes/fruit of the loom/costco. The older ones are literally over a decade old. Most look and feel basically like new. I also air dry.. was told that helps?

Men’s underwear that actually lasts does it exist?
Didn't do this on purpose but is this why my underwear lasts? I've had the same underwear for like a decade.... Just some hanes/fruit of the loom. Got a few from costco 2-3 years ago which are completely fine as well.

Men’s underwear that actually lasts does it exist?
Idk what people do to underwear, I still have a few pairs of fruit of the loom boxer briefs from high school. I'm 37. My other pairs are Kirkland brand from Costco, those probably range from 5-12 years old.

Why is it so hard to find well-made clothes that aren't insanely priced?
All my fruit of the loom, Eddie Bauer, DC, vans, champion, bumper equipment etc etc have lasted decades without being destroyed. They cost 40-80 tops

Guys that wear thongs.....
Ideally I'd take the pouch design from real men RM and the breathable quick drying mesh from fruit of the looms breathable line and the cut/ pattern of the old k mart brand

Where are the shirts that last this long???
22 years ago my coworker was able to get blank t-shirts, Fruit of the Loom, for $4 CAN. I gave him $100, he got me 25 shirts. I'm still wearing them today.

Men’s Underwear for thin/athletic build?
Fruit Of The Loom makes a decent one. For the longest time if you could find the off brand that walmart sold it had support and lasted a long time. Adidas are okay, but tend to lose support early IMHO. I don’t have a favorite brand, trunks are hard enough to find that when you need them you kind of buy what you find.

Cotton Women’s underwear
I love the fruit of the loom packs from Walmart. 100% cotton, full coverage. Thick material. Wash and hold up really well. laura ashley from Marshalls- full coverage, 100% cotton. but they are a thinner cotton material and the thin elastic does wear over time. But those are really nice too and I fully recommend either one.

Cotton Women’s underwear
Fruit of the Loom Men's Tag Free Knit Boxer Shorts, Relaxed Fit, Moisture Wicking, Assorted Color Multipacks I searched for the last year to find all cotton underwear in women and gave up. While I’m all for BIFL in many things I regularly toss undergarments as advised for hygiene reasons. These fit well and last as needed no stretching.

For the love of god, where can I buy some ankle socks that don’t get holes in them in a month?

Half of my darn tough socks have holes in them
I'm literally rocking the same fruit of the loom Walmart socks for the last 4 years. The whole 12 pairs probably cost me what one of those darn tough socks cost

Fed up with crappy tshirts. Tried Sene as a last resort (brutally honest review)
My favorite T-shirt is a gray fruit-of-the-loom that I got in a 3 pack from Walmart 6 years ago. I probably wear it once a week

Fed up with crappy tshirts. Tried Sene as a last resort (brutally honest review)
I have a bunch of old concert Tshirts. The fruit of the loom & gildan beefy ts are by far the most durable.

Recommendations for Boxer Briefs
Saxx were the most comfortable undies I’ve ever tried but all of them ripped at the gooch/ perineum. Pretty expensive to rip after a couple years. I’ve got like 17 year old Fruit of the Looms, lol. Seems like they’re all hit or miss depending on which sweatshop they were made in.

Oh Wise Ones, Which Is The Best T Shirt?
Before you buy a whole bunch, I’d definitely buy one and see if it fits nicely. I did this process a few years back. Bought some supposed BIFL T-shirts that just didn’t look right on me. We’re all different shapes. In the end I’ve stuck with Fruit of the Loop super premium. Not very BIFL. But better than spending money on something you never wear because it doesn’t look right. Given all the brands on your list have got some recommendations from across the web, your probably best finding the one that look best on you and accepting it might not be the absolute most durable one.

comfy, seamless, breathable women’s underwear
Breathable = cotton. I like fruit of the loom and Hanes but mostly buy a specific other brand now due to sizing availability. Seamless = any seamless microfiber, but be warned you will sweat like HELL wearing them and increase your risk of jock itch and yeast infections.

What’s one product you bought that has lasted forever and was totally worth it?
These fruit of the loom undershirts that I got at old navy about 10 years ago. They’ve been washed about 500 times and are only now showing signs of starting to wear. The collar never stretched out, they never shrunk anew got shorter, and they still have an element of stretch to them. I would love to get recommendations for something like these (or even something like their platinum or select).

What’s one product you bought that has lasted forever and was totally worth it?
Fruit of the loom swearshirt. Got given it in 1991 and it's still going strong, although now my wife wears it, since it's a bit tight on me after I gained 34 years and 10kg.

Full zip hoodie, zip pockets
Carhartt heavy is the only way to go. Not the medium, the heavy. Harder to find but they do have them on amazon or on the Carhartt website. My husband is particular on his hoodies and he's hard on them, Carhartt heavy is all I buy him now. That's a lie, I do get him fruit of the loom softspun occasionally, but that's the brand the locals all use for their marketing hoodies and we like to support them. They aren't bad though and very soft.
