In addition to a GCI rocker, look into director chair styles. They’re very popular in my dog sports circle. Trials make for long days/weekends and we’re sitting in them for a long time.

We have a couple of their Roadtrip Rockers and they really good. We've had them a few years and they work good as new. Easy enough to unfold, but they are a bitch to get folded back up. :) It's worth the effort though. We have a bunch of premium camping chair out in the garage and I reach for the CGI pretty often. nice n sturdy, smooth rocking.
