  Best Garden Hose I’ve Ever Used

  Flexzilla is great but I’ll back Gorilla hoses too got one this year and it’s been solid. Super flexible and no kinks so far. Definitely worth checking out.

  Best Garden Hose I’ve Ever Used

  I’ve had a Flexzilla and it wasn’t bad but this past spring I bought a Gorilla brand garden hose from Hone Depot and that thing has been the best hose I’ve used yet. Very flexible, easy to coil up, and nice fittings. Reasonably priced for what it is. A bought a 50 footer to try it out and I’m going to add another 50 to it. I’ll switch by backyard hose to this brand also in the spring.

  Ladder Comparison - for home

  Old post I know, but looking at ladders now and I can attest to both the Little Giant and The Gorilla ladder. Home Depot does NOT make this thing cheap. I have a smaller model and the thing is sturdy, I have literally used it for the craziest things I shouldn't have, I've put it to the test dozens of times, it is legit and well made. I know it's just as well made because we've always had a Little Giant (larger model), and though it works well after all these years I certainly can't argue any better build quality. Used it multiple times for getting up on the roof, shakier than the gorilla ladder but simply because it extends and the gorilla model I have is only 14 ft. But yeah, quality wise, as someone using both, it's the same difference. They also make a gorilla ladder with wheels that supports like 375 lbs. You won't go wrong either way. (Currently Gorilla ladders are more expensive so... Go for the Little Giant unless you've got a thing for the color or gorillas).

  How do I repair this part of the shoe? I know I could buy a new pair but why when the rest of the shoe is in great condition?

  I’ve used gorilla tape with success (it’s thicker than duct tape). Untying my shoes to slip my foot in and then retrying seemed to help cut down on this type of wear

  I've patched many worn heels like that with Gorilla brand duct tape. I run the tape vertically, from the insole to a little over the top edge of the shoe (such that it's sticking up out of the shoe about an inch). To the part that is sticking above the back of the shoe, I cut little slits in it so that I can fold them down over the back of the shoe. That way you won't catch-n-roll the edge of the tape every time you put the shoe on. If you don't like that look, cut the tape even with the top edge of the shoe and use a shoe horn to put the shoe on, so that you don't catch-n-roll the edge of the tape.

  I have the same problem with all my sports/trail runners. The problem starts within 2 or 3 hikes or runs. I use Gorilla Tape to cover it. The adhesive and material are very strong.

  I put gorilla (duct) tape over a hole like that in hiking boots and it lasted years. Bonus: since it allowed a slight slide without friction it prevented blisters too!

  On really old shoes that I don't care about I use gorilla tape... Yes its ugly but it works well enough.

  Everyone saying moleskin sounds great, I used a piece of gorilla black tape. Worked fine for my needs and I had it available.
