I recommend you buy the same one as pictured, but at the same time buy some small stainless steel washers that fit over the hole you've pictured here. Take the handle off, epoxy the washer around the hole, put the handle back on. The plastic immediately around the hole will still brittle with UV exposure, but the cracking will stop at the washer. A polyurethane glue might be a good bet - maybe even some gorilla glue, but make sure it doesn't expand over the hole.
