  Are Herschel backpacks a good choice ?

  I got mine as a Christmas gift, and I love it!! It's good quality, and is still in good condition!! My only complaint is that the model I got doesn't have the side water bottle pockets.

  Traveling to Seattle in 2 weeks, I need a good/reliable rain jacket.

  I recommend the Herschel rain jackets. Affordable and nice. I have had mine in the PNW for several years now as my daily driver.

  Herschel backpack is durable, I had it since college, almost 10 years now, only the bottom corner slightly scratched open, rest is fine. I use it for traveling now.

  Edit: looks like they do still have an all leather version of this wallet (‘Charlie’ Wallet) although slightly different without the notch in the front sleeve and no red/white stripe tag. Hopefully same quality thick leather. Last I checked the centre cash sleeve/pouch was canvas … probably lost sales and went back to leather.

  What’s the toughest wallet you’ve ever owned?

  I have a little Herschel card holder that’s been bouncing around in my backpack, pockets, handbag, etc for over 8 years. It’s not frayed at all. Holds the cards I need and a few folded bills in the middle compartment.

  Searching for Everyday backpack

  no outer water bottle holder, and not marketed as rainproof, but my herschel backpack has lasted me nearly 20 years. everything is intact except some cosmetic fading on the leather buckles. it’s travelled over 4 continents and through some pretty heavy wear.

  Looking for the best wallets for men that actually last

  I hate bulky wallets and have had a Herschel Charlie wallet for around 10 years now. I just clean it and it looks like brand new. I would be surprised if it doesn’t last another 30+ years. I carry 8 cards and sometimes just a little cash in the middle.

  Solid bag. Picked up the Herschel Settlement Woodland Camo back in 2017 and after 8 years of heavy use through uni life, internships, adventures, and full-time jobs, it's just now starting to show some battle scars. Zippers held up fine until now. Currently buying smaller Herschel as a replacement (Also, looking for solid colors to make outfit matching easier).

  Check out Hershel wallets. Been using them for longer than I want to rememberas if makwnme feel old.... so, like all of us, nothing lasts forever, and they've held up well. Being fabric, I wash them by hand as needed with no issues. https://herschel.com/shop/wallets Comes with an anti-slip rubber band, but I swapped it for a brightly colored one for that makes it easy to see. Their other stuff has been equally good to me. Have the laptop bag and the backpack. Cheers!

  I was looking at a herschel like this. I love the idea of this being a true minimalist wallet, if I could call it one. Do you just carry 2-3 cards with ya? That green is chefs kiss btw. I love that!

  Can't decide on a backpack

  Not on your list, but look at Herschel. They are pricey but the ones we got our teens when they were in grade 7 has lasted 9 years with heavy use and it still looks new. Our youngest got one 4 years ago and his is also holding up just as well. My youngest was destroying a couple a year and takes his everywhere, if it can survive him it can survive anything.

  I have an old Hershel backpack I have stretched to the seams when traveling. No rips, tears, zippers work. I keep it as a travel pack in my luggage now when I go somewhere and need gym bag, etc.

  I have a similar amount of cards and typically stick with a bifold. Either my leather coach from the coach outlet or my Herschel Roy wallet, which is still relatively thin for a loaded bifold. I've used card holders, and loved the small form factor, but they just weren't big enough for all my cards and the small amount of cash I carry. So, I typically use them on trips where I don't need all my cards. Recently got a Threads ultra slim card carrier. It can carry all my cards but is almost too minimal for my preference.

  Can you suggest a nice compact card wallet for women please?

  i love the Herschel Charlie personally. 4 card slots on the outside, and room for 6(?) or so in the inner section. super thin, even with the 10ish cards in it, I forget it is in my pocket. I was looking for a leather version to replace it with something nicer (or will patina over time) but even the thinnest of those look to be thicker than the Charlie.
