Intex air mattress inflate time
This is such a weird sub to post this in. That said, mine takes about 4 minutes, and the instructions say that it takes about 4 minutes. I can't image why anyone would expect it to go faster than that. That's really quite fast to go from not inflated to inflated.

Are there any inflatable pools that aren't worthless?
I know this post is a bit older, but I saw your comment and wanted to chime in. It’s really frustrating when inflatable pools don’t hold air properly, especially after just a few hours. Based on what you’ve described, it sounds like the material or valve design might be the issue with the ones you’ve tried so far. A few things to keep in mind when shopping for inflatable pools: * **Material Quality**: Go for thicker, puncture-resistant materials like PVC or vinyl. Cheap pools with thin walls often can’t hold air for long. * **Valve Type**: Check for high-quality, secure air valves. Some pools have valves that don’t seal well, causing leaks over time. * **Reinforced Seams**: Pools with reinforced seams tend to last longer and are less likely to lose air. Brands like **Intex** and **Bestway** are known for offering more reliable inflatable pools, especially in larger sizes, so they might be worth considering if you’re still in the market. Also, I’ve actually written a guide on the best inflatable pools on my blog where I go into more detail about durable options, air retention, and what to look for when buying. If you’re still looking for a solid pool, feel free to check it out: [https://voyedy.com/best-inflatable-pools/](https://voyedy.com/best-inflatable-pools/)

Best Air Mattress? One that doesn't break like my last one did!
I've had good luck with Intex air mattresses over the years, but I wouldn't really consider any air mattress BIFL. One trick I've learned is to keep a pack of Slime peel-and-stick bike tube patches on hand. I've never had one fail on me any time I managed to get a pinhole, and you don't have to mess with rubber cement.

Best Air Mattress? One that doesn't break like my last one did!
My fiancé and I have tried the Intex Thermalux airbed (about $121 on sale) and the Intex raised comfort pillow top (about $100 normal). We had taken both tent camping both were amazing (thermalux slightly better comfort in my opinion). We did have a Intex air mattress that started to de-seal so I had emailed them about it and they actually sent us the Thermalux in place of the old one, I think we had had the mattress for about 30-60 days so they do honor their replacement warranty. One tip if you didn’t know is to put a blanket or something between you and the ground, if sleeping outside, it will help with inflation issue at least it did when we were tent camping.

Are there any inflatable pools that aren't worthless?
We got an Intex blow up pool and even though through a winter something ate through the side, I was able to patch it and get it working again.
