Looking for recommendations for a good pair of adult winter mittens
idk if they still make them but I've had the same pair of isotoner mittens where you can fold over the mitten part for 17 years. I wear a 15yo pair of isotoner gloves under them if I'm going to be outside for a while.

I absolutely LOVE isotoner gloves! Right now I think I currently have three or possibly four pairs: I know I have a plain black pair for every day where, and a very pretty cranberry red pear that go a little bit further up than the wrist, and I think I have a tan pair and I don’t know what else. But I’ve always loved them because they feel like a hug on your hands and fingers and as somebody else said, they look very stylish all the time. I only wish the texting finger was a little more sensitive and worked better, but I digress. I still love them even if I might have to take a glove off to text something. lol!

Something you didn’t expect to be BIFL but outlasted your expectations?
I have the knit thermal lined leather palm isotoner gloves since early 1990s. Cream with brown leather. My daughter took them to use at work...she got them filthy as a pre wash attendant at a carwash, one winter. I nearly threw them out. But after a couple of washes with stain remover, they're ok but not perfect. Wear them regularly on my daily walks when it's 30s and or windy- 40 minutes each day. Washed them again today after having to wipe a runny nose!

I have a pair of isotoner gloves that I bought in 1999, that still serve as my winter gloves. They show no wear, and are still like new.

what winter coat are yall using?
Duluth trading company. Eddie Bauer. Northface. You want one that covers your butt with a hood. You need good mittens. (Recommend isotoner or carhart) you need a hat. And you have to cover your neck (scarf) and make sure your feet are warm (sorel boots)
