Looking for a winter coat
I have a down jacket from Kanuk - anything over 20 degrees and I'm sweating. It's one of my favorite purchases. Definitely recommend if you have the extra money to spend.

Best winter jackets that are worth the price
I'm Canadian. French tourist always show up with Canada Goose coats but i'll let you in on the real deal: Kanuk. My dad had the same one for as long as I can remember. On the used market, you can find some with the old logo, which mean they where made in Montreal and are of better fabrication, me and a friend of mine got one each for 100 CAD$ this week. Great stuff.

what winter coat are yall using?
KANUK. A Montréal brand. My mum and I both have a jacket that was probably made in the late 90s. Warm and waterproof, and best of all, machine washable.

What’s one item you bought that has lasted for YEARS and was worth every penny?
My Kanuk winter coat.. gifted by my parents in 1996, I’ve used it a ton and I still wear it on days where it goes really cold. A Nordicware cast iron waffle maker: prior to this we killed a few waffle machines, this is simple and effective, and had it for 19 years. Most other things have already been mentioned. The Rody inflatable horse toy… been through my kids and more and they used him as a ball or in rough games when they were older, was left outside for years and was still fine. Most other things that come to mind have already been mentioned.
