The Best Kids' Clothes Right Now?
H&M, Old Navy, and honestly have been really surprised with the Jumping Bean brand at Kohl’s! Most of our stuff comes from garage sales and Once Upon a Child though!

The Best Kids' Clothes Right Now?
We get hand me downs, or buy second hand when we can. Grandparents have been buying some Hannah Anderson and they are better quality and adorable, they also seem to resell fairly well. I actually like jumping beans (kohl's brand) - fairly cheap and fit my child well. Each brand fits a bit differently too, my child is tall and thin so some brands end up being too short on her.

Looking to buy 10 brand new bath towels
I’ve had good luck with Kohls Big One 100% cotton towels. Have had the Kohls towels for 10-15 years in navy blue. Bought a set of 10 bath sheets, plus hand towels and washcloths. No fading and they’re all still in good shape. (Except the towel that was used to clean up cat urine and then got bleached. I consider that one to have been destroyed by user error.)

Women’s Underwear - Brands
Yes i have purchased from kohls and most recently amazon. There is one printed/design pair from amazon that seems to have some of tiny elastic pieces breaking loose but the solid colors are great!

Bed sheets that last?
I've had really good luck with Kohl's sheets. That's all we use, just rotate the same 4 sheet sets. It's been 6 years now and they are all still great.

Problems with Levis Jeans and denim overall
Everything I've bought from Levi's for the last 10 years has been junk. Some of it turned out to be some stretch material that they don't tell you it's made from, some of it's just way too thin, that's probably what you're dealing with not the old fashioned Levi's heavy denim, but some cheap thin lightweight stretchy crap that doesn't hold up a fraction of the time. I'll never buy Levi's again. I managed to find some good inexpensive everyday pants at Kohl's, and if they ever have any on hand jcpennys carries some reasonable daily wear pants, Levi's aren't in style anymore, and they aren't fit for daily wear so they're junk to me.

What are your “keep it for life” hacks?
This. I have some knit shirts (from loke Kohl's, not high end) that are 15 years old and in great condition despite being machine washed regularly during the wearing season. I also use garment bags, cold water, perm press or gentile cycle. I take the time to do a separate wash from my partner's clothes that I want to baby.

BuyItForLife-on-a-student-budget
Im sure someone commented this here already but im too lazy to scroll down (thanks tiktok), there are 2 major student discount sites, studentbeans (that i no longer have access to), and unidays (which lets you keep if for 2 years post graduation) and they have loads of clothing discounts! And yes i have compared, lots of their discounts are unique and cant be replaced with lets say honey or any other coupon sites. I have been using a Kohls brand cargo pants for my work pants for 3 years, wearing every other day, besides some piling, they still feel brand new when im wearing them! Store brands are the way to go especially if you can get their coupons and such.
