  I replaced my outlets with Leviton around 15 years ago, don't have a problem with loosening yet. You can get Commercial Grade to be extra sure, although regular ones might be fine too, and are about twice cheaper. They are available at Home Depot https://www.homedepot.com/p/Leviton-15-Amp-125-V-Commercial-Grade-Duplex-Outlet-Receptacle-White-10-Pack-CBR15-WMP-M22-CBR15-WMP/100684044 and everywhere else. One thing I would ask about the usage - do you often unplug something without turning it off first? This has much worse effect on the outlet (and the plug) than just unplugging a turned off appliance. If this does happen, I would recommend getting a habit of turning off the appliances first.

  Look for Leviton 5362-IGW (available in various colors) probably even from HD. Leviton makes junk ones too so look for that series.

  "Electrical supply house" can mean brick and mortar stores, they're often in a commercial/industrial part of town rather than a retail center like Home Depot, and named something like "Big Jim's Electrical". They do *primarily* sell to pros so check the Google reviews for one near you that's happy to sell small quantities to DIYers too. As for the receptacles themselves, all the major brands (Leviton, Hubbell, Cooper, etc.) have several different grades. The cheapest ones (often called "builder grade", because they're the ones used in bulk by contractors building houses as cheaply as possible) are garbage regardless of brand - might be one of a couple grades in a "residential" category. Then there's Commercial and Industrial grades, with Hospital overlapping both of those. Commercial you can usually find at the regular home centers like Lowes or Home Depot, they're the expensive ones on the shelf. Industrial you *may* find outside of the supply houses, but not many options. Industrial can get quite pricey - like $30 for a single outlet pricey - and unless you're being extremely abusive to them, may be overkill for your needs.

  A Leviton extra heavy-duty receptacle either in hospital grade or industrial grade should do it. Hospital grade is supposed to be stronger, but either grade should be plenty beefy when they’re both extra heavy duty. Even the heavy duty, non-extra, will be a big upgrade over consumer versions. Worst case, get commercial grade. It will still be stronger than consumer grade outlets.

  Do smart home items really work in long term?

  It depends on your preference. I have quite a few smart home devices and one of the biggest issues I’ve faced is pairing. My internet (Spectrum) is pretty awful so I sometimes have to re-pair my smart devices with a hub, echo device or an app. That is the only downside side though. Nothing has broken down, everything works the way it’s supposed to. Except echo devices, they are absolute trash. For context I have the following smart home devices: - Roborock robot vaccuum & mop - Phillips hue smart bulbs - Yoolax blinds - Leviton motion sensors for lights & fan - Treatlife smart switches (So everything can be switched on or off remotely) - Nest thermostat You don’t need any of these things but they sure do save us a lot of time and energy (both physical and electric).
