The Best Teeth Whitening Recommended to Buy?
I’ve tried a few of these (Crest strips, Snow, and Lumineux), and honestly the only one that gave me noticeable results without major sensitivity was Lumineux. It’s peroxide-free and uses more natural ingredients, so it’s definitely gentler. The results take a bit longer, but if your teeth are sensitive like mine, it’s worth it. One big tip though — and I mean really big — is to cut out coffee and acidic drinks if you’re serious about whitening. Without that, none of the kits will do much in the long run. I noticed way better and longer-lasting results after I gave up those. Also, brushing with a remineralizing toothpaste (fluoride or nano-hydroxyapatite) before and after helps a ton with sensitivity. And drink lots of water — dry mouth makes staining and sensitivity worse too. Hope that helps!

Pro tip: always brush with a fluoride toothpaste before whitening and avoid acidic foods right after to help protect your enamel.

I swear by lumineaux strips for touch ups before events- But if you really want to whiten without any sensitivity you should try swishing coconut oil for 15 min every morning. Takes about 2 weeks to see results, but it works amazing long term even if you have a crippling coffee addiction lol
