Blender seal busted after 15 years
I have an older Magic Bullet blender that is from the 00s. They come with cups, sieves, and caps, along with a whip blender attachment and a blend attachment. I've been able to order new seals off of eBay to replace the old ones that broke.

I’ve gone through three cheap blenders and they all died within 2 years!What’s the most BIFL blender out there that can actually crush ice and last decades?
I dont crush a lot of ice, but i use a plain old magic bullet for nutrition shakes every day for many years. I've replaced the cups and the blades, but the motor is still going just fine.

How do you find the Hamilton Beach 51101V Personal Blender?
I had the same issue with the Hamilton Beach 51101V's lid being a bit flimsy. I switched to the Magic Bullet personal blender, and it's been great—blends quickly, easy to clean, and the lid stays secure.

I love my Magic Bullet. Wouldn’t call it BIFL, as I’ve had at least two motors burn out over the years, and a couple of cups have broken after being dropped. However they’ve all lasted me 5+ years, and most of my original (15-20 year old) cups and blades still work great. It’s not truly BIFL, but it’s a remarkably good product for a couple of specific use cases (shakes and salsa).

I vividly remember being a kid watching the Magic Bullet infomercials, those people really looked like they were having a good time. Mom picked one up second hand at a yard sale and I thought we were upscale. She still has it!

I've had one for 10 years probably. I make a banana/peanut butter/strawberry shake for breakfast 2-3 times a week. That's pretty much all it does for me but it's great at that job. Easy to clean and very convenient. I have a real blender for real blender jobs, but the magic bullet has consistently made me breakfast for a long time.

A whisk doesn’t blend chunks up very well though, which is important when making a salad dressing. If you’re just using a packet of powder, sure, a whisk works well. But even still, even with a packet of dressing or a batch of scrambled eggs, my grandma uses her magic bullet for lots of things that you could probably whisk because at 87 her hands wear out very quickly.

ive had my magic bullet through 10 years now and all I've ever had to replace is the spinny blade part because it got loose and i beat the hell out of it. smoothies pestos even onions/garlic/carrots, ice, coffee, whipped cream. love mine and how easy it is.
