I own 8 cashmere sweaters from nadaam, some of which are more than 8 years old. I just bought two for my mom- they are much higher quality than anything at a similar price point & have held up well despite regular wearing.

I have 5 items from them, bought over different holidays / years, and all are excellent quality and have held up well with frequent use. I think you just got a bad service experience, and deserve a refund. The product is legit.

This happened to me with them a few years ago. Ordered for Black Friday, they claimed it would come in 2 weeks iirc. It arrived in January. I have seen Naadam at TJmaxx since then.
