Nanu alarm clock Doesn’t meet all your requirements exactly, but it may be in the spirit of what you are aiming for. I have one and it is amazing. The soft gong gets louder over time, and is totally analog. Easy to set, no harsh led at night. It ain’t cheap, but it is built to last I love mine!
