  Vacuum sealer recs - long lasting and compact

  Nesco Deluxe VS-12. $130 on Amazon I buy bags from webstaurant because they’re much cheaper there. It fits in a cabinet in our pantry.

  Best turkey/electric roaster?

  I’ve been using a Nesco 18-quart roaster for about 5 years now, handles a 20-pound turkey easy and keeps it juicy, plus frees up the oven like you want, cleanup’s not bad either.

  Vacuum Sealer for Food?

  I have had A Nesco Deluxe vacuum sealer for about 7 years now. I use it a couple times a month to process bulk Costco meat or Sous Vide. They are asking  about $130 for them now, if it broke tomorrow I would try to repair or order a new one. Would recommend.

  I have a Nesco VS-12 that I use all the time. I had to replace the seals once after several years, but that was like $5.

  Best vacuum sealer for home use?

  Super old post but wanted to add how I recently got [this Nesco](https://www.amazon.com/VS-12-Deluxe-Starter-Viewing-Compact/dp/B01KCK9W1K/) and it's awesome. Perfectly fine for the things I need to seal. it's a bit expensive but you won't need anything else anymore.
