Onitsuka Tigers are cool. Its just sneakers aren't really buy it for life. If you wear them daily, then they only last a year. Best to have like 4-6 pairs you can always swap around. I even have a beater pair I like to wear when I dont wanna wear out the newer pairs.

when you say sneakers do you mean for exercise (running)? If so, no pair will last long. Running shoes have a mileage on them. 350 miles-ish or 6 months for a heavy user, whichever comes first. They will not last beyond 1-2 years, or they become “dead.” if you just mean like a fashion sneaker, i just recently learned that the onitsuka tigers can be resoled. in fact, they are apparently easy enough to resole at home. The uppers are leather, and should be relatively long lasting as well.

I really, really like Onitsuka Tigers. The pair I have is the Mexico 66. I have a history of foot pain from most shoes I wear but these are the only ones (besides like Crocs) that I can walk all day in.
