I wouldn’t worry too much. You’ve bought a great product and probably wouldn’t have needed the warranty anyway. I’ve had my ORCA for years and it really is the best!! I often take fish to eat on camping trips and put them frozen in my ORCA, using them both as “ice” and a food source as they slowly defrost. I’ve never had to contend with fish that’s gone bad. Recently took my ORCA on a 3-week camping trip and only had to change the ice periodically. Only bummer is I just lost the drain plug a couple of weeks ago. Grrr!! That’s when I found out the company had just closed. But I found a place that had them on clearance and bought a couple. (Amazon also has replacement plugs that are supposed to work on many coolers, but if I’d rather get the ORCA-made ones.). You will love your cooler.

What exactly is the difference between injection molding, roto molding & closed cell foam coolers?
The Walmart copies of the yetis and other nice coolers is supposedly pretty good. Got an Orca and the thing blows colemans out of the water.
