Healthy but easy-to-use/maintain Pans to replace non-stick (for my cooking style) ?
I went with Our place titanium pro pans. I have really liked them so far. 6 months I just soak with water whenever they need to be cleaned and haven’t had a problem with anything coming off. There are no chemicals to bleach into your food and there is no coating to be removed. They are pretty hefty and expensive but I much appreciated the upgrade

Which type of pan is the BIFL king?
I’ve tried a lot of pans o er the years and my favorite of all is the our place titanium always pan. It’s just wonderful. Cooks food well and washes up easy. You can also stick it in the dishwasher. I just bought one for my aunt. Her less than 1 year old pan just broke on thanksgiving. The handle came right off! Can’t wait until this pan gets here and I can give it to her. She’ll be using it for the next 30 years.

The Best Toaster Oven???? Does it exist, do you care???
I recently bought an Our Place toaster oven and I love it. I went with the bigger size and the extra accessories so I got 2 air fry baskets, 2 trays, and 2 wire racks. The oven has 3 slots so it's perfect for 3-4 people. I wanted the breville, but this one is cheaper and no toxic forever chemicals. My sister has had one for 3 years and it's still going strong so I felt confident ordering mine.

I believe the only pan titanium is stainless fused with titanium. I have 2 and use them on an induction burner and they work great.

What are some items under $500 you’ve made so far that changed your life?
Our Place pots and pans. I have their ceramic ones for roughly 5 years now and I do hand wash them every single time, but I love love love them. I’m thinking of upgrading to their titanium set, but only because I love them so much.

So is there really no non-stick pan that is safe to use as long as it isn’t chipped?

Best Cooking Pans Now? Recommendation?
I’ve tried cast iron and have never been able to get them to perform worth a damn no matter what I do. Sure, they are BIFL but perform like garbage in my experience. I have recently moved to the various titanium pro pans from Our Place (Titanium Perfect Pot Pro, Titanium Always Pan Pro, etc). These are non-stick, non-PFAS, and dishwasher safe. These were the things I cared about. They seem well put together, but I don’t have enough miles on them to know if they are truly BIFL.
