Womens winter boots that are warm!!
It may depend on feet - I found Pajar much more supportive than Sorel and others. They can also be found on sale. They might run a touch big - can’t recall if I went half a size up or not.

Need help choosing a genuinely warm winter coat — I’m overwhelmed lol
I have a Pajar coat that is basically impervious to Chicago cold. The problem is I often overheat. It isn’t over bulky for the warmth it provides, but it is bulky enough to make putting on backpack/shoes more difficult. Also walking around in it makes me overheat unless it’s super cold out. That means by the time I make it from my desk to my work’s exit, I’m sweating. Even when I go for walks outside I start getting too hot after 10 min or so and I have to unzip it. I think this coat is good for sitting unmoving in the cold (like in my car before it warms up). I don’t do a lot of sitting in the cold so this year I got a heated jacket and use it as a base layer under my mid-weight coat. It’s def not BIFL but I’m warm and more comfortable

Winter boots with good soles for commuters who walk everywhere in Canada?
Pajar. They have some models with small studs that you pop out when you need them, called "ice gripper" https://ca.pajar.com/collections/winter-boots-for-women?filters=Sole,sole:+Ice+Gripper

Good quality boots that will last me a decade?
I have a pair of Pajar boots that have lasted almost ten years now. I wear them whenever I have to shovel snow, during heavy rain, or just when I need to throw something on in the winter to go grab something outside.

what winter coat are yall using?
I have a long, black wool coat that I wear with dressier outfits and on days that aren't too rainy or cold. I ordered it from Pepperberry in the UK, but that brand sadly doesn't exist anymore. The other winter coat I wear all the time is a down coat from Pajar in Canada. It would have been an extremely expensive coat, but I found it at Saks Off 5th for a quarter of the original price. It's long, warm, extremely well made, waterproof, and has a hood. It did have faux fur trim, but it was a removable piece that zipped right off. Coziest coat I've ever owned. My husband was so jealous of my super warm coat that he went and got one from that brand for himself the following year.

What brands do you trust to always deliver a high quality product?
Agreed their boot game fell off when they went into fashion boots. I switched to Pajar for boots a few years ago.

Warmest, most durable parka?
I bought a pajar Canada coat from TJ Maxx for $250. It is the warmest coat I've ever had. I wore it during a walk in below zero weather and was toasty warm. I usually am struggling not to sweat in it. It's held up very well.
