Nice socks- especially long wool (not woollen) ones with a good elastic that doesn’t loose grip after several years. Pantherella (the made in England one) and Corgi are great.

Best everyday socks for sweaty feet?
My darn tough socks (can't recall what model, but one of the dressier plain ones) are really durable, but they have pretty low amounts of wool, some were barely 50% wool. I tend to find higher wool % making my feet less sweaty, but more wool also means more expensive and less durable. My sweet spot seems to be around 70% wool 30% nylon (got some from pantherella). I've tried going as high as 90% wool 10% nylon (bresciani) but I'd be surprised if I get 50 wears out of them before blowing a hole on the heels. I also recently tried 95% linen 5% polyamide from bresciani, they seem to be more durable than the 90% wool ones, but I'll see how they age in a year before buying more.

Best men's dress socks made of WOOL?
I actually hate boardroom socks because the toe seams felt very prominent, ymmv but if you get bothered by feeling toe seams, you probably won't enjoy them compared to like pantherella or bresciani (or even darn tough - even though those aren't dress socks, but the toe seams are better). For cheaper options, some people have had good luck with pedemeia, but for me they wear down in the heels faster than pantherella/bresciani so I can't recommend them.

As a fellow pantherella wearer, I'd add that if you're in the US, finding UK retailers (e.g., [A Hume](https://www.ahume.co.uk/collections/mens-socks?filter.p.vendor=Pantherella), [AFPOS](https://www.afinepairofshoes.co.uk/collections/corgi-price-desc?filter.p.vendor=Pantherella)) can be a lot cheaper than buying directly from pantherella's US website even after accounting for shipping costs. Selections are usually more limited, but staples like navy and grey aren't rare.

Try pantherella solid quality, made for suits, and plenty of colors. Been using mine for over a year, still holding up great. way better fit for dress wear than darn tough.
