They have a seconds sale once a year, I believe, which makes them a bit more affordable. But they’re definitely BIFL.

  BIFL heavyweight cotton sheets?

  I’m having good luck with Red Land Cotton ticking stripe. The other patterns I’ve got from them don’t seem so heavy as those, but I can’t speak to how long they’ll last.

  BIFL sheet brand suggestions?

  I love my red land cotton sheets and duvet cover! They are the most durable sheets I’ve come across, the only ones my greyhounds’ nails haven’t clawed through, and they are super comfortable and breathable. They take a little extra care and are a bit pricey, but totally worth every penny!

  Sheets - Red Land Cotton or something better?

  They must have received a lot of complaints about the shrinkage. When I got mine, I dried on high heat and they shrunk, but the company made them large to compensate for that. I dried them on hot until they were the right size. Then I used the delicate cycle. I love the natural sheets. I don't know if I will use them in the summer. In heat I like the regular crisp percale sheets.

  What are some BIFL brands that are manufactured cradle to grave in the USA?

  IME, Redland Cotton sheets are higher quality than Authenticity 50, although I only bought one set of the Authenticity 50. That set is now our emergency backup because I prefer the Redland Cotton.
