Suggestions for work gloves (requirements listed)?
Based on your requirements, the best options are RefrigiWear Extreme Freezer Gloves and Ironclad Cold Condition gloves. Fingers stay warm, they’re water-resistant and still flexible enough to handle boxes and tools. I have both pairs myself but if you want more options for tough freezer conditions, you can check out this thread.

Something to keep me warm at night In my tent.
When I worked outside all day in Minnesota winter, we wore Refrigiwear gear. Kept me warm, lasted in a physical job.

Hazard Orange Winter Jacket
Before you buy anything find out if the company requires it to meet ANSI high visibility class 3 standards. If so, the below is for you: As someone who used to sell high-vis workwear to industry, I’m going to make a bit of an odd recommendation: buy cheap and replace it. Construction is dirty. Grease and oils are everywhere, and getting a nice new jacket every so often isn’t a bad thing. In the USA orange is less popular than lime green due to regulations about work in roadway construction zones - they don’t want workers and traffic barrels to be the same color. That limits the brands I can recommend based on what they stock in their premium lines. If you want to go for something pricey: Helly Hansen workwear is top notch. Follow that up with Refrigiwear, Blaklader, PIP and Majestic Glove.

Refrigiwear jacket, 15 years old! Unexpected BIFL
Refrigiwear durability is top tier. Inherited year old bibs at work, wore the hell out of them them for 3 years before finally replacing them, only because they were a size too big and the breast zippers got torn off after a couple years on me.

Refrigiwear jacket, 15 years old! Unexpected BIFL
Can confirm. I'm a pampered checker working on the 20 degree dock with a couple hoodies and no gloves thinking I'm tough. They sent me to help in the blast. Polarforce had me good except for the fact that my eyelids felt like they were gonna fall off after like two minutes

BIFL 2024 Winter Gear Request thread!
i like refrigiwear coats/bibs. i have 2 sets, one rated for -60 and another i wear at work i got on clearance sale rated for -40. both are very comfortable and I've worn them in fairbanks region in temperatures around -50. They seem very wear resistant, even crawling around under semi trucks and tractors. for the price I would consider them a no brainer compared, especially compared to mediocre brands like carhart or columbia which cost around the same.
