What’s a purchase that’s not fun, not flashy but now you swear by it?
My husband and I both have CPAPs. He went through so many masks before he found the one that worked for him. Resmed Mirage Activa. It has an extra area of soft plastic that makes it so if he bumps it, the hard part of the mask can move a bit without the seal breaking.

I use the AirSense11 AutoSet and for the mask I use the AirFit N30. I love mine and it had improved my life immensely. I adjusted to mine right away which I understand is really lucky. I don't know what other machines are like, but with mine, I can see all the the stats online, including how long I slept, how many events I had, how much my mask is leaking during the night so I know if I need to adjust/replace parts, and how long I'm using the mask each night since sometimes, especially in the beginning, I would take it off during my sleep. I was lucky since my insurance covered my machine for the most part, but I would 10/10 recommend it.

Mine is definitely not fancy. It's a Resvent iBreeze. I've heard good things about the brand Resmed, but tbh mine gets the job done for me so I don't think I need any more bells and whistles.

I have spent thousands on pillows trying to sleep without pain. This thing is expensive, but the only one I've found that does the job. The covers are all washable, if you wanted it to last longer you could sew a second set to go over the stretchy ones it comes with. The main wedge is memory foam, so it obviously won't last forever. It's still great 3 years later though, so not bad value considering I can actually sleep.
