What’s a purchase that’s not fun, not flashy but now you swear by it?
I don't recommend Ridge's unless you only have about three keys. I couldn't fit more than that in it and using it to turn my keys would bend the body of the Ridge Keycase. Spending a bit more for a solid titanium one will basically make sure the thing lasts longer than you.

Which is the best wallet?
Ridge = durable, Ekster = convenient. Depends if you want metal or quick-eject

Any affordable and durable AirTag wallets you’d recommend? Not really into paying Apple prices.
My ridge wallet I’ve used as a hammer before, and it’s still going strong for years. Has an AirTag adapter on it

I have a hand me down ridge wallet (card holder type) and my boyfriend bought me an AirTag holder attachment that I can put on my wallet. https://a.co/d/0l05btw Maybe you could buy some sort of attachment for the wallet you have now. Sorry , this wasn't really what you asked, but more of other possibilities

Best wallets for women that actually last
I use a ridge wallet. I have used it since 2019, it’s been all over the world with me. I switched one time and only lasted a month with a leather wallet before I went back to my ridge wallet. Great customer service too. A few months ago I needed a new front metal plate, they basically sent me a whole new wallet and new money strap too. All around fantastic and I’d buy again.

What’s the toughest wallet you’ve ever owned?
Switched to a Ridge wallet few years ago just to give it a show, been using it ever since.. I probably wouldn't go back to a traditional wallet, especially if you can snag ridge on sale.

Carbon fiber ZClip. Also a metal Ridge.

What’s the toughest wallet you’ve ever owned?
Had a popov leather wallet for 5+ years, edges worn but stitching still perfect. For something tough yet sharp, I'd go with a Ridge metal or Bellroy hide & seek leather.

What’s the toughest wallet you’ve ever owned?
Honestly I bought a beat to shit ridge wallet on Facebook marketplace 6 years ago for 5 dollars because I'd always wanted one but didnt want to spend 100 bucks on a peice of trash but then honestly..I freaking love it. I've put it through the wringer even worse and it's hideous and scratched badly but it still works lol its small and tough..I highly recommend it. Also it comes with a lifetime warranty even in replacement parts. I've even bought them at full price for my friends and family.

Request: Ridge wallet vs secrid wallets plus suggestions
No offense to u/whitedragon551 , but I love my Ridge. My wife got me one for Xmas 2013 or 14, and it's my every day carry. I've had zero issues with it with about a 1/4" (6.5mm) of cards in it. It's shell is showing wear, but other than that it's still great after 11/12 years of constant use. Elastic bands are still tight. I keep it in my front pocket with my keys.

I’ve had a Ridge for years and I love it. Slim profile and it has held up remarkably well through all of the drops.

Bought hubby a ridge 4 years ago and he still loves it and shows people. Paints chipped some but it overall looks nicer than some of his old wallets would get.

Second that. My ridge has been freaking great. Built like a tank. Replacement parts are available but I’ve never needed them

I will also vote for Ridge. I adopted early during their Kickstarter. I retired it for some a year or less to try one of those leatherette cases that holds cards but wasn't completely happy. I literally went back to my ridge wallet today.

Another vote for Ridge. It took a me few months to get used to a front pocket wallet, but now I can’t stand the feeling of having anything in my back pocket I actually carry cash, I have the money clip on one side and the cash strap on the other. The clip works well for small amounts and the cash strap works well if you’re carrying a bigger stack. Is usually keep business cards on the cash strap side and cash in the money clip. You can buy replacement parts off amazon for cheap too, so this really is a buy it for life item.

Honestly my ridge wallet has been through hell and back and it’s been with me since 2019. Only tightened the money strap once when the screws came slightly loose. Money well spent!

I’m using a ridge wallet which I really like, going on 2 years with no problems. It replaced a saddleback leather wallet that started to let me down after about 6 years.

I’ve used a Ridge wallet for about 8 years now I think. It’s finally taken on some scuffs lately. It can have an odd profile if you wear pants that are too tight, but then again, probably shouldn’t wear pants that are too tight.

A durable wallet for a woman?
It won't hold coins, but I've had a ridge wallet for close to a decade, maybe longer I can't remember. I recently bought my wife one. I changed the bands when I bought her which was fairly cheap. Not a perfect fit for the ask, but have a look.

I'm satisfied with my Ridge style slim metal wallet. I had a super cheap one but the elastic gave out so I bought one that can be disassembled so you can change out the elastic when that happens.

Can you suggest a nice compact card wallet for women please?
I’ve been rocking a Ridge Wallet for about 10 years now. Silver metal one, has a nice patina of scratches now. I replaced the elastic straps a few years ago, I think I ordered it from them and it was ~$10. I know they have jacked up the prices since I bought mine. But, disregarding the price and just looking at the quality of the product, I would say it has held up amazingly for my use. I’ve had a couple friends buy one strictly based off looking at mine and hearing my praise for it. I highly recommend it.
