This became my umbrella when I was in first grade. Now it belongs to my own first grader.
I really enjoy my shedrain. Granted, it's the huge expensive one. I wouldn't call it bifl because it has elastic that will definitely go bad. But it's lasted 3 years so far and I love it :)

BIFL Umbrella
There's several lifetime guarantee umbrellas. Google lifetime guarantee umbrella. What is there to lose (unless you lose it)? I have 2 Gustbusters. No complaints here. There's also Totes, Davek, Shedrain, and more through Google.
