Stainless steel vs Hexclad pan set
I've had the same set of stainless for 25 years. I run restaurants and they're a beefier version of restaurant stainless. HOWEVER, you need to know how to use them. They are absolutely not non-stick unless you cook correctly. The main thing is to make sure your oil is hot before you start cooking. You learn over time, what works and doesn't.

Stainless steel vs Hexclad pan set
