Stegmann makes a high-quality wool clog. I wear them as a house shoe and also when I travel. They're durable, breathable, and have a cork sole with great support. They may have a leather option as well, if you need something more protective.

I understand Stegmanns houseshoes are BIFL quality. But I have questions for people who wear them, please!
Also, they are very comfy. I actually got them because I had plantar fasciitis and really needed good arch support. They may have molded a bit - maybe not as much as Birkenstocks. The insole is covered in wool so it’s not really easy to see what is going on

I have a pair of Lidls, wool with cork, have worn them everyday for 3-4 years and they look like new. They are all season for me, but I always wear with socks (Pacas) as my feet are always cold.

What is the longest lasting house slipper?
Second Stegmanns. I was afraid to spend $100+ on house shoes, but I wear them every single day. Mine have lasted 2+ years so far of extensive wear and our dog going through his teething/shoe destroying phase.

Help finding total foot comfort shoes or boots.
Have you considered Stegmann shoes? I have a pair of their wool clogs, boots, and leather clogs, and they're by far my most comfortable and supportive shoes. I've never shopped for wide fit with them, but they're worth checking out.
