What are the best inserts for flat feet?
I’ve also been satisfied with my custom insoles from Stride. Had a bad experience with Upstep last year and thought IRL podiatrists were going to be the only option for my PF, thankful that’s not the case.

Recommendation for shoe insole
Generic insoles are basically just cushions but yeah, traditional podiatrists are insanely expensive even though they last significantly longer. In my time of trying insoles, I’ve found Stride to be a good middle ground since they’re custom but cost about half of what you’d pay a podiatrist.

What are the best inserts for flat feet?
At the end of the day, generics are all just… generic. If you’re looking for something to last, check out custom insoles like Stride. They’ll cost a prettier penny, but they last for years and I’m pretty sure they even come with a warranty.

Anyone have experience buying Stride Soles insoles?
Compeltely Agree! Every once in a while there is a product that truly changes your life. Stride orthotics are one of those. How can they make orthotics which are similar to a doctor without having a doctor actually see me? It turns out, with the video gait and foot scanning they are doing the same thing as the doctor's office, just from my phone. I've been slowely growing a bunion over the past few years, but avoiding surgery at all costs. These Orthotics have stopped my bunion from getting any worse. I'm currently getting monitored by their team and will submit updates for them every six months to keep track of my progress."
