I have a Suri, love it. I got the package with a us sanitizing case but also came with a magnetic mount so I have it mounted inside my cabinet

Suri. Built to last, cheap, quiet, ergonomic, and with a 40+ day battery life. Outlasted my multiple SoniCares which kept breaking, and still going strong today.

if you want an "upgraded" bedtime routine: soft cotton robe/pajamas/sheets for breathability, silk pillowcase for cooling properties and gentleness on hair/skin, silk pajamas if you're into that too. even just having a nice pajama set to change into at night makes me feel more put together! also, ambient lighting which can help your body/mind all winter as it gets dark earlier. mentioned this in a previous comment but I love my SURI toothbrush as well, especially as someone who sometimes feels that brushing my teeth is a chore.

The Best Electric Toothbrush Currently?
when it comes to picking a travel electric toothbrush, the cleaning power is almost the same across the board so the real differences are in how travel-friendly the design is. charging is usually the biggest factor, usb-c is way more convenient since you can use the same cable as your phone instead of carrying a base. battery powered ones are simpler but you’ll be hunting for aaa batteries if you forget. the next big thing is how you actually pack it. without a case the bristles get nasty pretty fast, so a solid cover is usually better than the foldable gimmick ones that feel flimsy. noise and size matter too, some of the more powerful oral-b models get loud in a quiet hotel room, while slimmer sonic brushes like philips are easier to toss in a bag. when i was comparing, i ended up checking out this site called reddit vetted where someone’s compiled actual reddit reviews into lists you can filter by price, charging type or portability. way easier than digging through dozens of scattered threads. quip is compact and cheap but honestly closer to a powered manual brush than a full clean. suri keeps popping up because it’s usb-c charged and slim, plus more eco-friendly. philips and oral-b both make “travel” editions that are reliable but usually take up a bit more room. the combo that seems to win most people over is slim handle, usb-c charging, and a sturdy case.

The Best Electric Toothbrush Currently?
I have no experience with Oral-B, I just have a bias against circular brush heads. i bought both Suri and the Phillips Sonicare Diamond (which was on sale at Costco). I am yet to open the sonicare but im pleasantly surprised with Suri. My main complains for suri is the lack of lights for battery level indicator and the lack for spare heads, but even then they are 30% cheaper than Phillip's. To Philips credit, their heads seem to do a better job at cleaning and less abrasive to my teeth whenever i close my jaw and "bite" into the head when i unconsciously get tired to keep my jaw apart. And Phillip's toothbrush does have more cleaning settings. However, Suri does a really good job, materials feel high quality, and overall seems better adjusted for travel (smaller size overall, and seems lighter). For the price and upkeep, i would recommend it over the newest Sonicare's.

Can I get an honourable mention for this warhorse of an Oral B toothbrush that has just finally bowed out after 27 years of daily use?
I recommend suri- all aluminum body. Recyclable heads. Used to be a right to repair, but now you can send it in for repair.

The power is down with reduced voltage though. Even my modern suri tooth rush feels every underpowered even if I can keep using it for days. I always top it up as you can really feel the difference.

I really like my Suri, it has a travel case and seems to work well (I'm not a dentist but my teeth feel clean when I'm done using it.) The thing that I really like about it though is that their business model is BIFL as if it stops working or breaks you can send it in to either be repaired or they will send you a new one for like, twenty bucks (which isn't totally free but wayyyy cheaper than buying new electric toothbrushes every couple years)

What is the best electric toothbrush?
I got sick of my sonicares breaking every couple of years, not to mention the outrageously expensive toothbrush heads. I switched to a Suri (they’re a new company) and I’ve been pretty happy with it for about a year. The body is aluminum and the heads are half the price and recyclable.

We had oral b for like 12 years and the battery life was the only issue holding them back. Upgraded recently to suri and couldn't be happier. 40 day battery life, repairable, recycle the heads back the company, etc. Only a year in now, but flawless so far

I really do love my SURI, I swear it can on well over a month without a charge (very compact charger USB-A, but I never bring charger when travel, mostly lives in a drawer) environmentally better. I have had mine a couple of years, and I feel like there isnt a lot of difference from sonicare as far as tooth care (basic electric toothbrush, 2 speeds no fancy timers or anything though)

My wife and I both have them coming from sonicare. She had a sonicare 9000 series that was broken every other month and seems to unrepairable and not replaceable for some reason, my 15 year old h known series worked with zero issues. We swapped both to Suri and they have been great. Maybe a bit less vibration power than sonicare but great toothbrushes. It’s so nice to travel with no charger and just a small case. It charges on usb so I can charge anytime. 2+ years and we still really love them.

Best Electric Toothbrush That Will Last?
I don't get the point of all the extra shenanigans either, it's literally just a toothbrush. It only supposed to clean well and last me long enough + not cost like $200. And if you need it for a few good years, the brush needs to come with at least 5+ brush heads. Also i dont think you need to make it so complicated, go on amazon for 10 mins and youll have at least one good brand. I have [this one](https://videoguidelines.com/dp-B0DDJ4JYXHV) saved which is a premium kind for $40 and around a years warranty. Its the timer and battery life that mainly do well compared to similar range brushes which I looked at. Basically its got all the basics and a few additional features with the travel case and overall performance.

Suri is my go-to. Slim, USB-C, travel case with venting, and feels like a full-size clean. Pricey but worth it. Quip’s decent for space but feels too weak IMO. Avoid hotel brushes at all costs.

Love mine too. My parents have Oral B and they last a long time if you're prepared to charge them regularly when the battery goes, but the Suri is much nicer to use. Expensive to buy and the (biodegradable) heads are quite expensive, but that's important to me anyway.

Is there an electric toothbrush that's actually worth it?
I don’t think there’s a BIFL with toothbrushes. I recently looked into getting an electric toothbrush to improve my dental hygiene, and I quickly realised that there’s a lot of plastic in the industry. So, I ended up with a Suri. It is in the expensive side, but it is repairable and the heads are recyclable. I’m quite happy with it and my teeth definitely feel cleaner.

Is there an electric toothbrush that's actually worth it?
Yep, popped it off after every brushing, and changed it after getting sick of cleaning mold and mildew out of every nook and cranny every other day, usually around the 4 month mark. I'm much happier with my Suri, which has a solid brush head design that doesn't encourage mold growth.

Best Electric Toothbrush To Buy 2025?
Branding literally doesn’t matter anymore here. The internal tech is so accessible now that they all use the same basic stuff, that’s why electric toothbrushes have gotten so cheap over the years. The only product differentiation is now in hyperspecific features and shit like LED lights etc etc. obviously build materials also matter in terms of durability so with that I wouldn’t really recc going below 50 dollars for the whole set up cos then its a scam teehee. Gonna drop a few here, there’s the sonicare series, oral B has really good models, Suri’s had a couple issues but its the only model that accepts repairs, there’s also my Smile (a little nicher so [linking it here](https://recommendedstuff.com/dp-B09SHMDBQRFSA)). Out of these, top 2 would be oral B and My smile, just all rounders in terms of durability. Preferring the my smile a little bit more for the accuracy of the timer (the oral B one is a little hit or miss sometimes). Both have got a couple of different modes for brushing, depending on what you need. You don’t need any sort of “whitening” mode, its a marketing gimmick but the ones for deep cleaning and slow brushing are really useful.

Electric Toothbruhs Recommandations
That sucks. I’ve had mine over a year and I’ve had zero issues. My precious Sonicare DiamondWhite was on its third replacement in a year, every one an on/off button fault. There are plenty of online reports of issues with OralB and Sonicare brushes too, but even all that considered you could get 2-3 Suris for the price of one of the mid-tier models in those brands.

Electric Toothbruhs Recommandations
I would highly recommend the Suri toothbrush, which I've had for about a year after it replaced my third failed sonicare. It's amazingly ergonomic, the battery lasts in excess of 40 days with 4min use a day, and it's so slim it feels almost like a normal toothbrush. It made me realize just how obsolete the big two's products are.

Sonicare no longer BIFL?
I would suggest SuRi. Rechargeable, serviceable, brush heads compostable, and it holds a charge for a really long time (I have the charging case which I haven't charged in at least four months). It's all around a much better BIFL product.

SURI is the only one that's even theoretically repairable. At this time you can only "repair" it officially by sending it back to them but it's better than the majority of the industry and they take every step to minimize waste/plastic. I have my complaints here and there but generally speaking they're one of the best options
