What’s a kitchen item you bought once and never had to replace?
I have a full set of cast iron cook ware that i use that used to be my grandmothers and her mothers before that. My all clad cook ware will also last my life time. Someone else mentioned a swing away can opener. Best can opener I have. Probably 30 years old now. My old “made in Korea” stainless steel bowls that I use for mixing (bought at an estate sale. Two man henkel knives (really any high end knife brand). Agree with my wooden spoons. If you want it to last, go to a restaurant supply store and see what they are buying. I have bought numerous items from restaurant supply stores that have lasted many years and are still going like new.

Can opener that doesn't break in less than a year
When I was single, I owned a SwingAway. When I got married, my wife preferred to keep her KitchenAid opener and made me get rid of mine. I'm still salty about it to this day.
