Tactile Turn. The titanium slim standard length is what I have. Great body, I just wish it had the pocket clip of the non-slim version. I have the Parker adapter for mine cause I only use those refills.

Fellow Lefty. Chris Reeve makes fantastic folding knives in Idaho, and almost every model he makes has a sinister counterpart. They will last a lifetime. Tactile Turn in Texas make some pretty damn durable pens that take almost every refill known. Again, there are some lefty versions.
