Backpack suggestions?
I got a tasmanian tiger for my daily and its been going strong for a few years with no real signs of wear. Be aware its a bit on the heavy side compared to some ultralight backpacks, but its durable AF and you can upgrade it with various pouches and attachments. I got a first aid pouch and one for a water bottle.

This has to be the most no nosense product I've ever bought.
For the Jäkääri S I got some neoprene and sewed it in canvas sleeves that get held to the shoulder straps using some elastic loops (had hair ties there for a while, flat ones are preferred). The less DIY route would be to get shoulder pads from Fjallraven or Tasmanian Tiger, can't vouch for quality of either though.
